Tour Cost Inclusion

• Pune - Delhi - Pune Return Airfare
• 07 Night Accommodation as per the itinerary in comfortable and convenient hotels in Base Category Rooms
• Daily Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
• Pick up and Drop will be provided to Delhi Airport /Railway Station
• Transport from Ex Delhi to Delhi all vehicle (AC will not work in hills areas.)
• All Toll, Parking Driver Allowances included in the cost
• All currently applicable taxes
• Daily 1 Ltr Mineral Water Per Person.
• Tour Manager Services from Delhi to Delhi

• Anything not specifically mentioned in 'Your Tour Price Includes Column'
• Any add-on sightseeing/activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program.
• Fur coats/Jackets to visit snow point or any special attire required to visit any particular sightseeing place.
• Any up gradation in the room category or airline class.
• Medicines required if any.
• Service or Government taxes as applicable from time to time.
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency Any services or activity charges other than those included in the above itinerary

Documents Required for Travel

• Adult : Aadhar Card /Voters ID / Passport / Driving License.
• Child : Aadhar Card / School ID/ Passport
• Infant : Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate

Special Notes

• AC will not work on Hill Area
• Driver working hour – 06 AM to 08 PM
• Vehicle is not at disposal. Additional charges for extra usage or sightseeing has to be paid for Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: Aadhar CARD election card, Driving License, Passport
• Driver is NOT A GUIDE, he will take you to the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own. Itinerary is subject to change
• Hotel check in is 1400hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs. Early check in and late check – out subject to availability Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability. If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels will be used
• All arrangements made by us are in the capacity of a ground handling agent only. We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.

Cancellation Charges

• Non-Refundable Booking Service cost Amount: Rs.5000/- Per person
• Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 25% of total tour
• Between 60 days to 46 days prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 45days to 31 days prior to departure date: 60 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 30 days to 16 days prior to departure date: 75 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 15 days to date of departure: 90 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• On the Day of Departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• On Tour: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
